I began my mortgage origination career in 1977. In the four years prior, I learned the mortgage business from the servicing side, where I helped people who had already obtained their mortgage.

I have developed my expertise by working with San Diego Federal Savings and Loan as a direct lender from 1977 to 1989. I then joined Mike Dunn + Associates in Solana Beach and mastered mortgage brokerage from 1989 to 2008. Since 2008, I am currently associated with Rancho Financial Mortgage Center, Inc. and create loans in both mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking channels.

I am licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

In my career, I have closed nearly a half billion dollars in loans by meeting the needs of thousands of clients.

I have been featured as an Outstanding Performer in Mortgage Generator magazine, a recipient of the 2010 and 2011 Five Star Best-In-Client-Satisfaction Mortgage Professionals Award and have been contracted by attorneys for expert witness testimony.
